Discipline Record System (DRS) is a complete incentive system for elementary, middle, and high school students. Based on teachers’ observations DRS handles student’s behavioral tracking by recording observed behaviors and assigning positive or negative points to every particular behavior.

Positive points collected motivate student towards good conduct; while negative points deter from unwanted behaviors. Good deeds and bad deeds are being recorded in order to give student a chance to discipline his/her own life.

DRS builds a communication bridge between school and home by informing parents about student’s manner at school in both ways. Parents get a discipline statement each month, summarizing the full discipline activity for their child. Interested parents can also enroll in the system and track their student online continuously. This gives parents an opportunity to work with their children to correct negative behavior or reward positive behavior with some incentives from the family.
